Since 2001, the memorial has been providing information at the original site about the history of Nazi forced labor in Leipzig and its lasting effects. At the former site of HASAG—once the largest arms manufacturing plant in Saxony—it commemorates the labor of thousands of civilian forced laborers, prisoners of war, and concentration camp inmates.

With your supporting membership, you help us reliably fund our remembrance and educational work as well as our projects.
