The memorial is open Tuesday through Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Visits outside of opening hours are possible by arrangement.

The memorial is wheelchair accessible. A wheelchair-accessible restroom is available in the main building of the Environmental Research Center.

For guided tours and research inquiries, please contact our staff in advance. We will be happy to arrange an appointment with you on site.

The memorial is located on the premises of the Helmholtz Centre (UFZ) for Environmental Research between Permoser and Torgauer Straße in the north west of Leipzig.

The memorial is accessible via the main entrance of the UFZ at Permoserstraße 15. Once inside, keep left and follow the directions. The memorial is housed in building 01, a small white building directly alongside the road next to the large main brick building.
